The center of this 6" high, ornately designed pewter cross is an image of the Holy Spirit dove set against a red enamel background. The liturgical color for Confirmation is red, to signify the fire of the Holy Spirit who inflamed the hearts of the Apostles on Pentecost and gave them courage to practice their faith. Above the dove are the words "Confirmed in Christ".
